PRIVATE CORPORATE MARQUEE: $3,300 inc GST * (30 pax)

*Plus $72.90 PayPal transaction fee

This hospitality option is designed for corporate hosts who wish to entertain clients in a private and personal environment. For a capacity greater than 30, a number of marquees can be joined together. It is recommended that a host undertakes some interior decoration to enrich the experience for their valued guests.

PASPALEY MARQUEE: $280 inc GST By Invitation Only

In this chic setting guests will sip Veuve Clicquot and fine wines, enjoy an abundance of delicious cuisine and mingle in luxurious surrounds whilst viewing the action on the field from the very best location. With exclusive player interviews and expert host commentary, guests of the Paspaley VIP Marquee will be at the heart of the polo action.

Inclusions:

Chic seated gourmet lunch, Veuve Clicquot and fine wines, outdoor lounge area and player interviews. Tickets sold individually or per table of 10.

COOPERS BAR: $55 *Ticket and handling fees may apply

Meet international stars such as Jakob Von Plessen, Ruki Baillieu and Glen Gilmore and other Australian polo professionals in the casual ‘beer garden’ setting of the Coopers Bar, from where you can enjoy the polo and revel, in a relaxed environment, to the tunes of a capable DJ. Individual tickets entitle the holder to entry, as well as additional entertainment such as a ‘Fashions on the Field’ competition.

Female guests of the Coopers Bar will be pampered with Australia’s finest skincare and makeup, thanks to Nutrimetics. Take a moment out of this busy day to enjoy either a refreshing hand pamper, or have your makeup touched up by a makeup artist, and just by stopping by for a pampering, you will also receive a voucher for an in-home facial or makeup consultation for you and two friends valued at $200. In addition, you will also go into the draw for a hamper of Nutrimetics products valued at $350.

Substantial food and snacks will be available at the bar, together with your favourite Coopers beer, Veuve Clicquot Champagne, Bird in Hand wines, Woodforde Reserve bourbon and other beverages.
